Booking and Cancellation Policies

Booking Policy

• Kids 7 & over welcome
• If staying less than 7 nights $60 transfer water taxi fee applies per room.
• Divers: $25 weekly reef fee to maintain dive buoys, hyperbaric chamber upkeep & reef preservation.

Individuals
• U.S. $150 deposit per person required to confirm reservation
• Final balance due 60 days prior to arrival date

Groups (Six or more individuals)
• U.S. $2,000 goodwill deposit per group required to confirm reservation
• Final balance and confirmed names are due 60 days prior to arrival date 

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be in writing and acknowledged as received by the resort
• No-shows or premature departures, no refund

Individuals
• 90 days or more prior to arrival date, full refund
• 31-89 days prior to arrival date, deposit is forfeited
• 30 days or less from arrival date, no refund

Groups
• 90 days or more prior to arrival date, full refund 
• 46-89 days prior to arrival date deposit is forfeited
• 45 days or less from arrival date, no refund
