USpa offers a number of signature spa treatments using nutrient rich flowers and fruits indigenous to Honduras and Utila to create botanical treatments that reflect the flavors of the island.
 

Body Scrubs
Scrubs are a wonderful way to rejuvenate and increase overall circulation to skin. Removes outermost layer of dead skin cells resulting in a renewed look. Our scrubs are 100% all-natural.

Signature Massage
Swedish massage that incorporates techniques to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation and bring relaxation to the mind, body and spirit.

Signature Facial
Luxurious pampering facial using botanical extracts.  This complete facial treatment includes cleansing, exfoliation, nourishing, toning and hydrating.

Signature Manicure
A soothing hand bath is followed by a gentle exfoliation that eliminates dead cells. A nourishing hand cream is applied, followed by a massage. The final touch is a polish of your choice.

Signature Pedicure
Your feet will soak in a fragrant and soothing foot bath, followed by an application of a scrub and mask to hydrate and exfoliate. Your toes are then polished to perfection.
